How to request a refund?
Depending upon how and where you bought your ticket, will depend upon the refund process.
For tickets bought on the Luton DART website or via station QR codes:
Important: Tickets purchased via the Luton DART website or station QR codes are non-refundable, so please double-check your travel dates before buying.
Tickets purchased for a specific date remain valid for travel until 3:30am the following day, allowing for flight delays or schedule changes.
For tickets purchased at DART stations:
